Concept Development, Layout Planning, Mood, Style, and Color Direction (3-5 Days)
Presentation with conceptual moodboard design with initial selections of furniture and finishes from actual vendors. Additional options may be provided if needed.
Proposed layout plan – Optimized for function and flow. Alternative layouts may be offered, if required.
Client feedback and one revision are included before finalizing the conceptual stage.

3D Visualizations & Renderings
Realistic 3D renderings to help you visualize the final space.
Client review and one revision – Final refinements before approval, if required.
Phase 3
Final Design Package Including Technical Drawings and Product Specifications
Set of technical drawings including floor plans and elevations, joinery details for execution.
